Payment Policy:

We accept credit card payments for laptop computers only from customers within US and Canada.

For customers outside US & Canada, we prefer bank draft, wire transfer etc. Please e-mail us for more information or chat with one of our online representatives.
 

Taxes:

We collect 7.5% sales tax on shipments to the state of illinois addresses, unless the purchaser supplies us with a signed official state resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate with the order. Purchasers outside Illinois are responsible for their state or local sales/use tax, if any, and any other taxes payable by reason of this transaction.

Once you submit your order, sales tax (if applicable) will be charged separately, and you will receive another invoice for the charge via e-mail.
 

Shipping Poilicy:

The time frame for delivery is 4-10 business days from the day of shipment. For international orders please contact us for more information, our standard shipping charges are for US & Canada only. Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO, GU, VI or PR addresses.

General: All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from time of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.

Return Policy:

All returns must be made within 5 days of the invoice date (shipping date). All products must obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us. Please mention this number on the box clearly. You can either obtain a store credit that you may use to buy laptops from us in future or If you don't want to buy another laptop from us, we can take back the products and issue a refund to you,  20% restocking fee will be applied.
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging; otherwise additional fees will be applied. Shipping charges are non- refundable. No refunds will be given after 5 days. Please, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment.
