Please note that your initial payment for a full month that was charged at the start of your service will be used for the month of July, and from this point on you will be charged on every 1st of the month.

For example, If you signed up for one year of pre-paid hosting service, we will refund you your payments (minus any or all setup fee) if you cancel your service within 30-days of your hosting account activation with us.  After the initial 30 days you are liable to pay us for the complete year of service.  Under yearly plan we charge you every year for the next year of pre-paid service.

Lets work some numbers out (yearly payment account): If you signed up with us on June 20^th 2000, you are eligible for a complete refund until July 19^th, 2000 minus any set up fee.  On and after July 20^th 2000, no refunds are issued.  Beginning June 20^th next year, that is 2001, you are charged for next complete year of service and you are liable to pay for that year’s service unless you cancel before on or before June 19th, 2001 (in this example) or switch to another payment term or product plan or both.

            Domain name registrations through us are non-refundable once the registration is processed and entered into registry’s database.  You need to wait at least 90 days before you can transfer a domain out to another registrar after its registration or renewal date or after the payment for the domain's registration or renewal has processed, which ever comes later.

            Similarly SSL certificates and any installation fee is non-refundable.

            All web designing or development costs are subject to $400 or 25% cancellation fee, which ever is higher plus charges for work that has already been completed and all applicable charges, such as late payment and/or collection service charges.   Website development agreements are customized for individual projects.  Please contact us for further information.

Network Bandwidth Use (unlimited bandwidth) on shared hosting servers:  We offer unlimited bandwidth with some hosting plans.  This feature implies that we would not bill you for overages giving you peace of mind and one fixed price for the plan.  This however implies that your website(s) would not monopolize bandwidth or processor usage on your shared hosting servers.  If they do then we will take steps to mitigate the situation by moving you to a different server, deactivating stats login or limiting port to not exceed 10 or 20 mbits of continuous bandwidth.

Fortehosting.com feels that Spam in any form, including but not limited to, unsolicited commercial email, IRC messages and newsgroup postings is a serious abuse of the network and will not tolerate ForteHosting.com name being used in such a way. If you choose to abuse the network or defame ForteHosting.com in any way, your host name will be immediately deleted and appropriate legal action will follow from ForteHosting.com, your ISP and the related parties.

ForteHosting.com may only be used for lawful purposes. Any use of these services, which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws that may apply to ForteHosting.com, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you or your site may be subject to is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForteHosting.com from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly and/or indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, ForteHosting.com, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account with ForteHosting.com.

ForteHosting.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our sole discretion. We may deny you access to all or part of the service without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that ForteHosting.com in its sole discretion believes violate any of the terms and conditions contained herein. ForteHosting.com provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We assume no liability, expressed or implied, for any downtime for any reason.

If you are dissatisfied with ForteHosting.com or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
